so the blower isn't blowin like it used to. like 50% power. in addition, the high and the low setting ain't workin. just the notch right below high and I think the fan. can a isolated issue cause both of these problems?

EDIT: Problem fixed a bit. Cleaned the plug inside the engine bay off, looked like one was burnt. didn't do nothin but pushed it all the way in and all settings are working again. However, when I have that dang thing on the fan symbol nothin blows.
