Running Bad cold
95 Dakota V8 R/C auto. basically stock, runs bad when cold weather hits (50deg. & lower) I have to let truck warm-up 5min. or so before I drive it, then runs good. Always runs good in spring & summer months with no problems. I have checked all the sensors, fuel pressure, etc. Replaced ECU & ALL the sensors to keep truck in good running order, all the sensors & ECU were original pieces. Had this problem from the day I got it. Still runs bad when cold. Am I missing something? Wiring harness problem somewhere? Any help?

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking intake manifold leak at the heads or front or rear of the block. I looked at the plenum floor a few times & it is wet, (not puddling oil. I am aware of the plenum gasket problem) but I am putting another manifold on it soon, a stock looking keg that I modified with VRPs & some smoothing out of the runners. I did not cut or modify the runners, I just added the Volume Reduction Plates that I made. (UTAWSOME makes them, just not for OBD1 engines w/EGR) I did install a new Hughes Engines plenum plate & gasket, just need the better temps. to install it along with other parts I'm saving up for. I hope that fixes it cause this thing is a blast to drive. It's my third V8 2wd R/C Dakota, but first one with an automatic trans. Very hard to find a V8 with a manual trans. anymore.
