I found the LED light thing I created I connected the black wire to the ground and the red wire to wire from the computer that goes to the coil and when you turn the key the LED would start flashing if the computer is sending the pulse.

I'd consider changing out the coolant temp sensor since you have a code for it.
I do not know this to be a fact but I suspect the computer might not want to let the motor run if that is not working. No coolant temp signal could mean no coolant is what I am thinking. I realize you do have coolant in the system but a programmer would have to anticipate.
