Hi and thank you for your response. There was no check engine light. So just got the fun of it I put my odbII on it and got a code for the ignition coil. I was talking about that to a friend a couple days ago. So off to the parts house I go. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks everyone.

I second onemore94dak . If the battery is funky, the WHOLE TRUCK is funky.

The ECUs are ... twitchy ... about the batteries.

Thanks. The battery is definitely funky. All in all I think the trucks a good truck. I’m the second owner. It was very dirty and somewhat neglected. It was very stinky too. I’ve shampooed the interior and scrubbed the inside panels and dash with a toothbrush basically. She smells better and looks better. Now she needs to run for me.
