but after ir warms up something upfront starts squealing i checked the belts and they are fine, knowing my luck it is the tensioner for the timing belt, i don't think i replaced that part. i will this afternoon when i go into town.

 

Check the tensioner. I had a good belt but a totally seized tensioner. My first clue was when I tried to de-tension the belt and is stayed locked in the de-tensioned position.
