See, the bolts that hold the cab down (through the cab mount bushings) for a 1988, and I presume the rest of the 1st Generation, is a M12-1.75x95.50MM bolt.
Grainger is having a clearance on 5 packs of the 100mm long bolts; if 4.5mm is a problem, a pair of flat washers will take care of that for you.

Pickup for $1.70 + tax for ten (!!) to supply the six is not a bad deal, IMO, for Grade 10.9 bolts.
