Turn signals cluster lights hazard lights not working
The turn signals were working today now they're not the hazards haven't been working check the fuses they're good I don't know what else to do besides the flashers I'm going to take the flashers right now
Swap the two flasher modules; see if that takes care of the hazard lights.
Good news! If the turn signals are working, then pretty much the wiring turn signal switch or multi function switch out is working fine!
Bad news. It may be the turn signal switch (or the multi function switch) depending on the year.
If you DO replace the flasher modules, use the LED compatible ones.
Also - what year is your truck? The switching is different between, say, a 1987 and a 1996 ...

I'm still having problems with the cluster lights though I check the wiring I know that there's power running too fuse 8 I used a jumper wire from fuse 8 to 13 to see if the cluster lights would come on no luck it could be the switch but I don't want to rule anything else out
Have you checked the bulbs?
It's not beyond possibility they may be blown.
And 194 incandescents can be had cheap cheap.
Do you have a multi meter? And the factory service manual for your truck? If yes to both, trace the 12V and see where it stops.
Past that, since there's a few differences between the 1987 no-options no-frills Dakota and the 1996 fully loaded with whipped cream on top Dakota, it may be nice to know the year, motor, 2WD/4WD, and transmission so someone can advise exactly what to look at on your truck.
