I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota 2wd lwb, the universal joint went out and in the process it destroyed the yoke. Which drive shafts will interchange with it? Which year models?

I searched 1993 Dodge Dakota 2wd driveshaft and CARID has a new Dorman one and used ones also came up. If you have the center bearing change it too if you get another shaft.
I have to ask, how did you destroy the yoke?

The driveshaft whanging around did it.

Probably did a number on the output bushing of the transmission.

As to others that will fit - no others from the boneyard, but a 2WD Dakota with the same engine and transmission (and transfer case for 4WD); but by that I mean "V6/V8 and Auto/NV3500/AX15".

There's also 1 piece and 2 piece driveshafts for the LWB; need to match THAT.

For Crimsontide0000 - did you check car-part.com for a driveshaft?

Would need to know what transmission is in it. 42rh and 46rh are different. Can have it repaired at a driveshaft shop.

Or even IF a 42RH/46RH ... Crimsontide0000 didn't even mention if manual or automatic.

So there's 42RH, 46RH, AX15, NV3500 as a minimum.
