Good news I fix the problem!!!
No thanks to the two mechanics I took the truck to! The first mechanic said it was probably a loose wire somewhere and 2nd mechanic said the vacuum lines were okay and it was a bad computer. I went on eBay and got another computer for the truck and put it in and the same problem. Then I was like whatever I will just brute force the problem and keep buying every part till I fix it! I already put about 5 new parts on the truck but first I order new fuel injectors and put them on the truck same problem, then I bought an intake air temp sensor, no change, and then I bought an EGR valve, and boom! it fixed the truck!
Old broke part

Congratulations!

A scorched Earth approach worked! And now you don’t have to worry about those other parts failing any time soon.

And if you had looked over the FAQ page you would have learned the "key dance" to check codes and found out right away what your problem was.
