Default 89 HVAC vacuum hose routing?

I have a new dakota and a new problem and registration actually worked today so..
HELLO! and thank you all for contributing here, Ive gotten tons of help off this page in the past.

Today I have an 89 v6 and someone did hvac box work, then plugged everything back in, wrong. This is a list of how the vacuum hoses are currently run, hoping to find out how they SHOULD run.
I have checked the 95/96 service manuals available but they dont tell me what i need

The following hoses route from the plug on the hvac control switch
Black: I jumped it with some random small air hose i had to the vacuum boost
Brown: stretched (way too far) to the actuator all the way by the passenger door
Red: to the Bottom actuator (above the accelerator pedal)
Yellow: to the top of the Top actuator (above the accelerator pedal)
VeryDark Brown: is longer than the rest. goes from the bottom of the Top actuator (above the accelerator pedal) and then becomes 2 hoses:
(A) goes to a T fitting splitting it to (1)a rubber female end and (2) a bit more hose to a male fitting that matches the female
(B) a bit more hose bit no tip, just seems cut off..
A and B are connected by a little plastic bracket that holds them about an inch apart from eachother and these ends are not connected to anything/

I'm pretty sure this is all wrong, but i tried to describe it legibly, so if you know which wrong thing goes where, please let me know.

Also , truk has AC but the HVAC controls do not have the AC button like my 96 did, only fan speed switch / blend lever / heat lever
there are three wires (red green and black) that come out next to the control which are cut and taped off. do these/how do these connect to a switch. (there's a hole drilled in the dash there for a missing switch)

Thanks again

Have you thought about getting the 89 field service manual? Can probably find it on ebay.

i have the 96 one and it doesn't show me what i'm looking for in chapter 24. the diagram there seems like it's for diagnosing a problem when all the hoses are already in the right place. kind of doubt the 89 is much better.

The 87-89 dakotas have a lot of differences from the 90+. I will assume you mean Vacuum hose routing not HVAC. If I remember my Ralph P posts correctly the vacuum system has something to do with the controls for the AC and heat directional louvers. I did not find a diagram for it. Autozone might. You will probably get more success than I by using a search engine for diagrams of the system you want. Bronze advice about the manual is also good.

Thanks, I was talking about the hvac, the motor vacuum system seems in tact. search engines are giving me a hard time anymore, even with quotation marks they still try to show me chevys. I ended up getting it close enough for now through trial and error.
yellow to bottom actuator (over gas pedal)
red to top port on top actuator (over gas pedal)
brown to bottom port of top actuator (over gas pedal)
verydarkbrown wire mess put between blackline's checkvalve and the brake booster, with the T part sending the other end to the recirculating door actuator by passenger's door.

this has the controls doing PANEL , MIX , FOOT , VENT properly. recirculating door is perpetually open when the engine is running, if anyone has advice for that one

Next: My green/black braid going to the fan motor gets really hot! also a relay for A/C compressor was DIY jumped off a brown wire pink stripe around the fan wires, any idea where that's supposed to be, or have a lead on a 89 wiring diagram for hvac system
thanks
