Default Wiper motor won't work..

I changed the motor for a new one and put it all together with new bushings to the wipers but still not working. What else could be wrong?
If it were the control on the steering wheel, how can I test it to be sure that's the problem?
95 Dakota 3.9

I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Test for power at the plug. If there is power to the socket it plugs into remove the arms to see if the shaft will turn under power. You may have connected the arms wrong. It is a PIA to get that darn thing just right. There is a factory service manual for the 1995 in the FAQ section that you can download.

Default Same problem here

Same issue here. Did you ever solve? I have tested every connection with my multimeter and cannot find a fault. I have a brand new motor from rockauto.

Nut on wiper motor mount is showing a good ground. When I switch on wipers I can hear the actuator switch engage behind the dash. The red, green, blue, and brown all give power accordingly. The purple circle represents something that looks like a ground but doesn't give me any readings on my multimeter. At this point I'm thinking I was sent a broken/wrong part from rockauto.

Default Fix

Had the same issue. I cleaned all of the ground surfaces for the motor, and found the rubber bushing had worked it's way between the copper ground strip and bolt on the firewall.

passenger side bottom bolt of wiper motor mount is the ground
