Default OBD plug in, has no power. 1996 Dodge Dakota.

I have a 1996 Dodge Dakota 5.2 L. My dome light does not work, my switch for my mirrors don’t work and I have no power to my OBD.

Check your fuse panel for a fuse labeled IOD, its usually inside a little fancy holder clip. That should be the culprit, however figuring out why it blew could be a fun job in itself. It stands for Ignition Off Draw, so anything powered key off uses that fuse, except the battery outlet, it powers the memory wire for the radio, that's the most common time I see it blown is when someone just installed a new radio.
