I need to find out where this line that starts from the bottom right on the front of the throttle body and goes to a 90 ending right behind the smog pump. Please help this is the only thing I need to fix to pass smog finally. shop told me it went to the diverter valve but isn’t that what’s already connected on top of the smog pump? I’m so confused by this random vacuum line

 

What year and motor? Would help someone answer.
