Default Dash lights and gauges going haywire

I attached a short video to show what’s going on. Just literally started happening a few minutes ago. When you turn on parking lights, all the gauges get energized and the other display lights come on. If I pull fuse for parking lights and just turn on headlights it doesn’t happen. Also, now when using turn signals, the volt meter and water temp gauge are swinging. I know the first thing you guy will say is check grounds. I already replaced main battery ground with bigger new one and wire wheeled where they connect to block. Also replaced grounding strap on fire wall. Wired wheeled all connections. Cleaned all the alternator grounds as well. New battery too. Again, video below and thanks in advance.

Upon some dodge forum searching I’m reaading that for whatever reason all the dash wires route through that headlight ****. That’s reduculous. I do have a new switch sitting in my tool box so I guess that’s the first thing to try in the morning

That switch is apparently a problem. Anyway the Late Ralph P found a fix to lower the voltage going through it. This is the name of it

Here is the Amazon link he provided. I got mine direct from Putco.

I put one in. It wasn’t hard. I think I had to repin the connector though, to get everything working. Mine is a 95.

Unlike what I have found on websites, I actually like to report back what i found the problem to be.
I put the new switch in but had same problem. After some poking around, I found that one of the harness plugs going to rear lights had 1 wire hangin on by a thread and 2 other wires had jackets corroded and stripped and were falling apart. Cut all the wires back past corrosion and bypassed and removed plugs with new wires and silver solder connectors. All good now.
however, I will be buying the harness you guys posted. Thanks for that
