Default left ignition on, now no power, battery is charged, HELP!!!

Appreciate any guidance help here, or wjere to start:

Owm 1989 Dakpta 3.9l

I left my ignition on overnight by accident, and now have no power at all, zero, in truck,

the battery appears to be charged, where do I begin to diagnose, would this burn out the wiring somehow, or what fuse could be blown?

Pleas any info would be helpful

A volt/ohm meter set to electrical testing will tell you if it is. However, try unhooking the negative battery cable. Leave it off while you do a Charleston dance in the front yard. (This will mess with your nosy neighbors. ) Then hook the battery up. If you can't dance, just wait about 30 seconds. See if that helps. If it does, great. If not, make sure the battery is fully charged and check back and we can go from there.

Why yes, I do know quite a few psychiatrists. Why do you ask?

Looks like mlally isn’t in a playful mood. Panic can do that. Ask me how I know.

My sense of humor gets to some people. Some like it, some don't.

If he gets his truck going he’ll like your humor.

All if us have been where he is. Numerous times. Vehicle doesn’t start. Gotta have it. No idea what’s wrong. Desperate for help.

I routinely keep at least two vehicles running at all times. When I was working, if one wouldn't start, I'd go to the other one.

Good idea. I did the same thing back in the day when I was young and poor and had two jalopies. Had a '69 Dodge Coronet (318) and a '73 Chevy Impala (350). One would break, I'd fire up the other one and drive it while fixing the busted one. Rinse and repeat.
