Question Identifying Dash Modules & Plug Connections (89 Shelby)

Can anyone help identify what these modules are for? I was told there is a module for the "maintenance required" light that can be unplugged rather than removing the bulb from the cluster. I tried both of these and the truck runs with them unplugged but it did not put the light out. Now I am just curious what they do!

Then I have a few unplugged connectors under the dash that I do not understand why they would be disconnected. The only thing that does not work that I am aware of is the wiper delay I just have high and low. This truck has a rare cruise control option as well but I have already identified that module if you see some splices in the background.

one of the plugs might be for a computer reader plug in. Here the factory manual. You might be able to find it for free or elsewhere

You mean the OBD-I diagnostics port? That would be this one under the hood without a matching opposite sex connector right next to it lol

As I understand things, and I can be wrong, the RWAL (rear ABS) diagnostic plug is inside the cab. It takes a different plug from the OBD1 on the diagnostic reader If you do not have RWAL then ignore my opinion Even if you do I may still be wrong. The one I am thinking of is the plug next to the hood lever with the thing sticking out that goes in a hole to mount it in a fixed position.

I do have RWAL and now see what your referring to in example E with the plug on the top. Those two plugs in example E may not actually connect to each other given the mounting tab. Thanks
