gear ratio?

Default gear ratio?

how can i find out what gear ratio i have stock in my truck? its 4 banger with the 7.25 in axle. any help is great. thanks.

I would think it would be a 3.91 .But you should find a small metal tag on one of the cover bolts. I can't remember the constent number or you could find it using your tach,tire hight and mph

Theres 3 options for that rear. Look eithe ron a metal tag held on by one of the cover bolts, or there should be a paper tag around one end of the axle tube.

one tag says 250 and the other says 3.5. which one tells me my ratio?

3.5

It means 3.55 (meaning your driveshaft will turn 3.55 times for one complete revolution of teh wheels.)
