i have a 94 dakota its has the air bag steering wheel, and the buttons for the horn on the side of the air bag, my horn work work when i am press them, but the horn is good and if i push the relay the horn will work, so i am guessing it would be the buttons, is this a common problem, and how hard are the buttons to get at once the airbag is out?

 

i fixed the problem the wires for the horn and the cruise controll were unplugged now, and the buttons just pry out,
