air filter

what size is the opening or neck or what ever of the trottle body so i can by a new air cleaner i want to put an open elment type on it

I don't know but ihave a cheaters way that worked for me, the filter diameter itself it 9 or 10 inches, what i did is simply bought a cover of the same size, and placed it over the filter ( i had to turn mine upside down, thread rod was not long enough, still works the same ), the oil breather filter gets filtered air thru what boils down to steel wool so no changes needed there. I left everything else the same, made a huge difference, sounds cool too.

should i just remove the breather hose and let the lil siver thing handle it or replace it with a breather filter and what did you do for under the filet to hold it to the thottle body
