the "red/white = fused ignition switch output (accessory/run key position)" on the gray connector is the power cable.
theres not a wire for a ground on any of those two connectors because the electrical ground is provided via a ground strap.

yes, a ground strap, and it would have been connected via a screw
if you had the stock radio in your truck i think you had, its been used for quite a while in chrysler products.
there should have been: a black and a gray connector, the antenna cable, and the ground strap.
if you have any questions about how the new radio should be grounded, look at the instructions provided with that radio, or, look on their website.
its been like 3 years since ive seen the back of a radio, and never have had the one of my dakota out, sorry, but, modifing my system just aint my thing right now.
