Good luck, seems like there's hardly anything out there for us Gen 1'ers, or at least anything that's easy to find.
Upon my brief search of the internet, I stumbled across two:
2-inch 4WD Extended Cab
2-inch 4WD Standard Cab
E-bay:
2-inch 4WD
2inch 4WD Standard Cab
2inch 4WD Extended Cab
Note: All above listed are body lifts.
Note: The use of the above links does not imply endorsement by me, nor have I done business with the above companies or people.
However, there's stuff out there, you just gotta know where to look and who to talk to. You can always cruize around CarDomain, and if you finda Gen 1 on there with a lift, ask them where they got it from.
