92 dak 34 fault code

92 dak 34 fault code
I have a 92 Dakota with 294,000 miles the check engine light came on so I ran the fault codes and got a 34 which says speed control vacuum or vent control solenoid circuit(s) . I read half my haynes manual and still not to clear on what it is or where it is . Can anyone help ? Thanks

What they Haynes manual says for the code is correct.
Provided is some wiring diagrams. Note the areas I point out with the red boxes in the 3rd picture. These are the exact circuits the code is for.
