this is my second dodge, but i never had a 1st gen dakota. is there anyway to tell if it came with a factory keyless entry system? Its an le with a V* and all the power options. THANX!!![8D]

 

V6 is not a swear word. I have one. Go ahead, say it, V6. And again, V6. Doesn't that feel better?

Anyways, the wiring diagram for my '96 shows nothing about keyless entry, so, if you have it, it was put on aftermarket.

 

You sure he didnt mean v8. I think he held the shift key down and lil too long and got a V* instead of V8.

I am pretty good at holding down the shift key and putting symbols instead of numbers at times.

None the less. V6 still isnt a swear word. Its nothing to be a shamed of.

 

Now that you point it out, and I think about it.... he probably did mean V8. It was late... I was tired... lol. (I make the shift mistake too sometimes)
