Default 91 Dakota wiper help

The wiper on my 91 Dakota only works in the high speed mode. Low speed doesn't work and the wiper arm will stop wherever they are on the windshield when the switch is moved from High to either Low or Off positions. Mine doesn't have delay, just Off,Low and High. I have an extra wiper motor from a 92 Dakota and plugged that into my wiring harness and grounded it on the frame and it did the same as what I have now so I don't think anything is wrong with the motor. I do have a 92 Dakota that I've been parting out. It has a wiper control lever with the delay. If it is in the switch in the column can I put the wiper control lever from the 92(automatic) with the delay in my 91(5speed stick)?

I believe it would work. In the wiring diagram for my 1996, it talks about a wiper control module (which is located to the right of the steering column) that controls the delay.
Other than that, just test for voltage to the wiper motor under the high and low conditions. If the connector to the motor gets juice both times, its the motor (there are seperate wires used for high and low speeds, you can figure it out I'm sure ). If no power in low mode is evident at the motor, than make sure the switch is sending out power when put in "low" mode. If the switch sends out power in "low" mode and no power gets to the motor, there is a bad connection somewhere. If the switch sends out no juce in low mode, its the bad switch.

Here's the test for the wiper switch.
