i would like to see more about the painting process (since i'm new to the body shop section) and about fixing scratches that are down to the metal and such. maybe a good how-to for the first time d.i.y.ers(like me lol). i know there was a thread with some detail but i still would like to know more and google isn't helping at all.

has anyone ever swapped a hemi into a first gen?

No hemis in a first gen. But a second gen yes. It is in the 2nd gens FAQ.

As for paint the exact prosses is long and can very. If you google it Im sure you will find tons of links. If you find a good one post it up.

just curious but could you use the original float and arm with this? Or did u have to modify the float arm that comes with this to make it work?

Yes we do. We have one, and only one lol. Atleast that's the only one we know about, could be others out there.

LOL! Yes look at the date on that post. My post was 4 months before the Hemi swap thread. The Hemi swap post has been in the FAQ2 ever since the tread was started almost 2 years ago.

crank no start. (Not trying to **** anybody off) post has all photos. I cant figure this out. I'm so stressed, daily driver. I'm cutting holes in beds to fix my new pumps alignment. Swapping key cylinder der housings.(mine had bent contacts) and prepped donor harness. I'm seriously burnt out on it, feel like I'm missing something here. Begrudgingly gone through more than ever before in any vehicle. Why still crank no start?
