Default Shocks for 4wd

I'm going to order a hitch through JC Whitney so with the free shipping I was thinking about getting new shocks while I was at it. They have Ranchos for $46, Gabriels for $30, and Rough Country for $33. I'm familiar with Rancho and Gabriel as brands but not Rough Country. My truck will see 99% street driving with maybe an ocassional beach trip. Are the Ranchos worth the extra $? Are the Rough Countrys any good?

Default RE: Shocks for 4wd

I haven't heard anything bad about the Rough Country shocks, but i also haven't heard anything about durability or anything like that. When I go for an update on mine, I always go with the product i have more knowledge of as far as real world test/driving. I would spend the extra cash and get something you know will work. Hope this helps
