Power Door Lock Install

hey just kinda like a general question here how hard would it be to install power door lock in my truck rite now it has the old fashoned manual ones. also should i just get a aftermarket kit or go to the junkyard and pull off some old acuators from a dakota and isntall those ones. thanks
