Below I was I believe you are asking for.
Typical stock wiring:
Left front speaker: dark green (+), brown/red (-)
Right front speaker: violet (+), dark blue/red (-)

Left rear speaker: brown/yellow (+), brown/light blue (-)
Right rear speaker: dark blue/white (+), dark blue/orange (-)

those wires work, but at the speakers I have 4 wires, RH side 2 Green/Black, 1 Brown/ Blue, 1 Brown/ Yellow, and 2 Black/ Red, LH side 1 Green/Black, 1 Green/Orange, 1 Green/White, and 1 Black/Red. can you tell me what these are for, and what wires i am supposed to connect my new speakers to. Also do these trucks have a built in amp?

Sounds like you have the infinity stereo option. Mine had that as well and I just ran new cable to each speaker. (My truck speakers each had their own amp attached to them and were controlled by a remote wire running a power supply right behind and below the ashtray.) From what I see, it looks like your green/black and black/red are power to the amps(?). The green/orange, green/white and brown/blue, brown/yellow should be the actual speaker wires coming from the head. That's what I had in mine and unless they changed the harness these should be what you need. When you pull the speakers you should notice something attached to the basket right beside the magnets. The amps them selves are not bad at all, I used them in my radio at work to add a little extra 'oomph'. Just remember to get the power supply or you may not be able to use them. That's if you're into tinkering...
