hi there. i had a little trouble with the truck today, and now i need a new gas tank and straps. but i don;'t know if i have the 15 or 22 gallon tank. i need to know so i can get another one. it is a 93 dakota 4x4 LE club cab.

well, that explains why i got 60 dollars in it today, while it wasn't empty, and it didn;'t click off indicating totally full. 94 cents a litre (i am canadian) makes about 65 litres of gas. /4= 16 gallons, and the gauge was a little under 1/4 full.

now that the fumes are starting to clear out of my head enough to think straight, the math makes me think it is a 22 gallon tank as well.

 

Just changed mine to the bigger one. The small one stops at the front of the box and the big extends under the cab. Filled mine for the first time, I feel your pain .86 cent litre
