POSI?
im pretty sure they did. one way to tell if your truck has posi is to jack up the rearend and put in neutral. then spin one tire, and if the other one spins the same direction, then you have posi. if it spind the opposite direction then you have an open diff.
or another way to tell is to do a burnout!

As dodgedakotacrazy said, they did. I own one.
If your truck will do one... mine won't at the time. (Well, going forward at least)

mines a one wheel wonder and since I have 360lbs in the box for the winter she wont spin at all either. I wish I never blew my old rearend apart. it was posi and it would spin all the time. now this one wheel wonder it will spin when I leave a stop light when I didnt have the weight in it.

Mine wont spin em in forward, but spins both in reverse... Mine is more of an issue that I don't give it enought fuel... It flops around like a dieing chicken if I try, because someone cut V notches in the motor mounts to make installing the motor back in a lot easier... and they also never bothered to tighten the bolts down. So I get to fix that this weekend.
