Ok so it sounds like I'll be getting the truck this weekend and i was wondering what size of speakers are in the truck? It is a 1990 Club Cab.

If they are like mine, which is a 1993 dakota club cab, so it should be. I have 4x6" in the rear and the fronts are a 5 1/4".

the speakers are on the door.

if its the same as my 88, then you should just be able to get at the front speakers by just poping off the lil cover at the bottom.

i have 6 1/2 in the doors( no problems with windows)and 6x9 in the rear, replacing the 5 1/4 and 5x7 with a little bit of trimming, yes it is possible

Good because I just spent $200 on them and didn't get to use them in my car because i dont have my full license yet and the car isnt inusred anymore.

was thinking the same thing will have to do the measurements but i think if you pull the liner out you should be able to fab a decent box in there fiberglass would be best to conform to the shape but a good band saw would work on mdf just make sure you pad the bottom since it wont have the rubber liner ill try to measure mine tonight and see what i can come up with.
would recomend steel grilles for the speakers since they will face up and well things like to fall down
