2 months ago I got my 93 Dakota 4x4 V6 extended cab, pw, pl, sliding back glass, tinted, 22 gal tank, 165k for 1275 and came with a roman chariot camper that I can sell for a grand. Paint is peeling on hood and roof, needed new tires and alignment and changed all the fluids now I'm ready for winter!

I paid $1,400, but it was not really a very good deal, there were many things wrong with it after I got it home, I was stupid about the purchase. I have spent 2k since. oh well.
I am thinking of dumping it as soon as possible, the bushing in the front end need replacing and the brakes are giving me issues again.

I bought my 92 Dakota, V8 Magnum for $950. Has 117,130KM on it, long bed I think, with cap, tow package and tranny shift kit. Only has power steering and brakes. Some body rust/holes, pretty much brand new tires. I like to think that it was a good price for it.

paid $1300 for my 93 Dak short box sport in emerald green. 3.9l 5 speed. 220,000 miles, new fuel pump, battery and water pump. Tires are ok. Just did front brakes, will be doing thermostat and housing, and hoses this week. Runs great, body is fair, needs new carpet and looking to replace the bucket seats. In Wisconsin, it was a heck of a deal. A lot of fun in the snow to. Just added a color matched fiberglass topper for $100.

95 Dakota SLT with shell, 3.9L V6 auto 2wd 215k miles, now has 222k

I paid 900, the passenger side door hinge was crap and the door wouldn't shut all the way and could barely open it.

Paid 80 to get the door fixed from a dude on craigslist, did a great job.

Gas gauge doesn't work and the gas light is always on, needs a new fuel pump but not replacing it until it goes out.

Was making a huge rattling noise when I bought it, new timing chain plus water pump, 140 bucks I think.

I paid $700 for my first one, '92 with a 3.9 and manual, learned to drive stick with it, now I can't go back to an automatic. It sat on a guy's farm for a year after his son gave it to him and he didn't need it. Only 135K and it needed the exhaust from the y-pipe back.

The second one was $650 and it didn't run, '94 Club Cab with a 5.2 and manual. Just getting it to run now, dealing with some electrical problems.
