Is there a governer on my 92 dodge dakota with a 3.9L and 5 speed stick?

Only automatics have a governer.But under load the computer will cut fuel before you get to 6000.

my '93 5.2L Auto will go 115 mph, my '95 5.2L auto 4x4 will go 100. '93 cuts fuel. '95 just won't go any faster
