i just bought this truck today. the engine runs fine at idle but when I take it down the road a bit, the engine starts to act like it is misfiring or running out of fuel. Also i have started to lose power the last time i tried to drive it. all guages in the dash stopped working, and were very eratic. i was able to get the following codes.... 12-41-22-25-22-35-42-55....................................any suggestions ?????????? please help ! !

 

12 Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles

41Generator field not switching properly

22 Engine coolant temp sensor out of range

25 Idle air control motor circuits, target idle not reached (+/- 200),vacuum leak found

35 Rad Fan control relay circuit

42 Fuel pump relay control ckt, Auto shutdown relay control ckt, No ASD relay output voltage at PCM, Fuel level sending unit volts out of range, Fuel level unit No change over miles

55 end of codes



sounds like you got a problem on your hands

 

any suggestions....besides a BIG FIRE !!!

 

please. i need some help guys. the local dealer ship tell sme that i need to replace he PCM and let them program it. now the truck will not start. its like my battery has been run dead.
any suggestions guys ? ? ? ?
