remove interior door panel

Anyone know how to remove the door panel, I want to knock out a dent in the drivers door.

be careful with that black trim around the inside door handle, they break very easy! you have to slide the trim one way and it will pop off,

You will not find much of an access to the exterior skin. Might be able to get your hand in there in some places like in the hole for the speaker.
