1992 V6 ASD fuse blows immediately after engine starts, any ideas? what triggers the ASD relay?

Welcome to the forum.
The ASD relay is used to power the ignition coil, fuel injectors, oxygen sensors, and the fuel pump.
The ASD relay is "triggered" when the ignition switch is on, and the PCM provides a ground. Of course, the fuse would blow because one of the above items is drawing too much current or there is a short in the wiring.

Thanks for the help! After further troubleshooting, found the O2 sensor wires grounded.
