Default Coolant in the Oil?

Heres the scoop...96 Dak 318 120k miles. At around 100k, I'm assuming that my head gasket blew, as I had oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil I replaced the head gasket along with any other gasket on my way down to the block. I put fresh oil and water in at that time. Drove it for a week and changed the oil and put fresh coolant in. I have changed the oil every 3000ish miles since then. Ever since then I randomly have white buildup on the oil cap. Coolant is clean and there is no bubbles/froth on the oil dipstick. So I guess my question is could there still be some of that coolant still trapped somewhere in the oil system? Is there some type of leak that would show up under certain conditions? i.e. When it is run hard or hot? The truck runs great and continues to get proper gas mileage etc... Thanks in advance for any ideas.

moisture in the oil can cause white foam on the oil cap. I would check your PVC valve.
