Same thing with my '94. Couple months later, I was tranny shopping. It was toasted.

Do you think it's transmission related like woodbutcher suggested, or do you think it's engine related? A good way to find out is when its about to stall like you mentioned, pop in into neutral and see if it continues to stall. If popping it into neutral stops it from stalling, I agree with woodbutcher. If not, my first guess is a bad IAC.

200,000 miles is a lot of its the original tranny. They usually last 150,000-180,000 miles.

Wow, thats the most miles I've heard of yet on a dodge automatic transmission. You either got really lucky or did something right to take care of it!

changed fluid and filter every 28,000. If I hold the brake and gas at the same time it won't stall. So you think its the IAC?

Yes the IAC is a common problem with these engines. Replace it is the best thing to do.

Mine blowed at 178000 miles more or less, I thank god I wasnt running cuz it totally blowed in a very crowded avenue I had around 300 kilos on it. It cost me around 700 dollars to fix it, and in a month Im going to replace the fluid and filter since I had to change the turbine and other "hard" pieces. Jesus.
