Default 1997 1500 electric fire under hood

Welcome to my nightmare. 97 ram 1500 5.9l, Short version had a meltdown in or around the distributor and it took out the ecm, engine, transmission harness across the firewall. Got a harness from a salvage yard 98 ..... now I have no power to the fuel pump relay and no spark it does crank over nicely just won't run. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you

hey that freaking sucks man have you checked the wiring that goes to the fuses and have you checked fuses in the cab, that could be a reason why it is not working. Any chance you have pictures of what happened also check spark pulgs/wires if you haven't

Fuse 9 in the inside panel powers the control side for the fuel pump relay and the ASD relay. Fuse 8 in the PDC provides power to the fuel pump and the PCM. Start with these two.
