Default Door Hinges Cracking apart, and I finally got it fixed (TONS of pictures)

well, I finally fixed my door last night. It was not opening/closing like it should, and finally figured out the hinge was ripping itself out.

Here are the pictures

Looks good, I just opened my door and blocked it up and welded it up and she shuts like a new one. That was the 1st thing on the list.

I thought it was TIG! You're lucky you have access to one of those! I have a little MIG welder that can do everything on my truck but serious structural welding, but I really want to be able to weld chrome moly for structural stuff like suspension, which requires TIG.

I wish it was my welder. He bought it for his top mount turbo BMW M3 project. Made his own exhaust manifold, full exhaust, and all sorts of other cool shiet. Not a cheap welder by any means either.. I think he got it used, and was still almost $2500...

hour and fifteen minute drive away, so nothing too serious, and he is super cool about helping out
