Default What Years Fit???

I am having problems with my truck and i think I have it traced to Engine Control Unit. I need to know what years work on my 1995 Dakota sport 2wd. What numbers can I cross check, anything different with 4x4 and 2wd?
Yes I have changed and checked entire ignition and fuel system and nothing. Did asd check and splice seems fine.

You can use a '94 or '95 computer in that. It doesn't matter 2 or 4 wheel drive, just that you match your engine. It does matter auto or manual, but with on exception... if you have a manual and you put in an auto, you will lose the shift light, and it will throw the check engine codes for the automatic transmission related problems but run the engine just fine (the CEL won't stay on, it will just store the codes). If you have an auto and try to use a manual, it won't work cause you'll lose the overdrive and torque converter lock up.

What engine? 4, 6 or 8 cylinder? If it's a v6 I have a computer I could sell you from a '95. PM me if you're interested.
