Default Took my IAC out and cleaned it up (LA engine)

Well, my IAC was acting up so I pulled it off and cleaned it up and greased it with White Lithium Grease (It was ungodly dirty). I took some pictures because when I was researching it found fourms but no pictures. So I took some just in case anyone else needed to see some, should of took more but oh well.

So I'm guessing it worked. I will post this to the FAQ for others. One more picture could help showing where it is on the throttle body.

My iac was acting up as well, i tore it apart to clean it and it split into three piece, the cylinder piece on the back that houses what i would call the electric motor part of it slit of my work bench and the center piece fell out along with two very small cylinder looking things... i need help with the placement of these cylinders as now it doesnt work at all without them

no longer a problem, i figured it out on my own with some hard studying lol

Just out of curiosity, is this where you left the adjustment screw set at? I have a 88 Dakota 3.9 V6, that I am having trouble with the IAC. I replaced the IAC last year & now my truck will idle high but will die down like it is about to shut off.
