Default Hello fello Dodge fans

96 Dakota 3.9 auto 2wd with 209 thousand. Past few days I have replaced all ball joints, all tie rods, sway bar links and bushings,, u-joints. Now at low speed I am noticing a popping noise, with or without brakes pushed, turning or straight.I did not replace control arm bushings, was told not available. Would appreciate any help

BS on control arm bushings N/A. I have a 92 2wd and 96 4wd both take same upper bushings. never messed with lowers on either truck. I did the ones on the 96 last summer, have a set on hand, gonna be doing the whole front end on the 92 this weekend. Look to MOOG. I know they have them, that's what I have/ use.

Actually, you can use a poly kit for a 97..... You have to modify (shorten) one of the lower bushings. Several of us on here have done that. Here is a link to it.
