Thumbs up '99 Grand Am GT seats in my truck...

I installed '99 Grand Am GT seats in my truck this past sunday. Once I get my digi-cam back from my sister I'll take pictures of them.. I didn't take any pix of the install since I didn't have my digi-cam. But it was an easy install. I just took the brackets off of my bench seat n welded 1 each on the seats, then bolted them down, n welded the other rear mounting bracket from the seats to my floor..

The seats sit up higher then the bench seat. Which I like cuz when I put my cowl induction hood on. I'll be able 2 see over it.. N plus my thighs are closer 2 the steering wheel, but no biggie.. I can't have my cell in my right pocket while gettin' in n out of my truck... Oh well lol

The seats were free. N I gave my buddy 30 bux for helpin me out for a couple of hours.. Ya I'm using my toolbox until I make my custom center console.. I'm lookin' for stock black int. to change over instead of painting n wrappin' it over. Does the reg. cab dakota's come with black int. stock?

Thanx
