Does anyone know of any recalls concerning the paint on 2000 durango's. The clear coat on myD is peeling off.

 

don't know of any recalls, but after 7 yrs....??? anyway, my 2000 Durango (Black) has alot of spot beginning to go dull...found a little rubbing compound and elbow grease brings it back ( or at least to acceptable)...but I bought my D used 2 yrs ago so I don't know how well the previous owner took care of the paint....

 

wax much? waxing helps protect the clear coat, if you D hasn't been waxed for awhile, that could be why its peeling
