foglights always on?

Default foglights always on?

does anyone know how i could get my foglights to stay on with my high beams while still being able to use the stock fog light switch? its a 99

are you any good w/ a soldering iron??? i was going to try that on my truck, you just find the live wire that goes into the headlight switch and the wire that is live going into the foglights when they are off, and solder a bridge btwn them, then you have the foglights on at any time, including when the headlights, and parking lights are off, might not be a great idea, but should work, never opened up the casing on mine to find out for sure

It's just a simple jumper. I've seen it done with a paperclip. No soldering needing. Read the entire thread:

yea pretty much exactly what i was saying, just i would solder it in so that it doesnt fall out while driving down the road, but then im also pretty darn good w/ a soldering iron too so thats just me
