Does anyone know if I have to wait for my 70,000 mile 7 year warranty to expire before I can change my exhaust system to Flowmaster? I bought my '02 Durango new.

You shouldn't have any problem with the warranty by switching since it will not put extra strain on the engine. The stealership could tell you for sure though.
