I'm pretty sure I have a bad e fan also... pull the relay out of the PCM and I can feel the contacts click. Ran a jumper from the battery to the e fan and it didn't spin. Car wants to overheat in stop and go traffic with the a/c running.2 questions: 1:Is there some sort of thermostat in the e fan, or should it come on when 12 volts applied. 2:Will the Viper fan fit on a 4.7, and is this a Dodge Viper fan, or some brand of aftermarket?
