Go with Bilsteins and get a friend to help you they are very stiff and require a lot of muscle. Also use a jack to compress them.

This may be a silly question, but do I need to change any springs or anything or just 4 bilsteins?

Yup yup. No springs to do unless the rear leafs are sagging.
