Tranny help Identifacation?

How do I know woch tranny I have I know that it is a 4 speed and I just got the filter and fluid I want to adjust the bands and I caan't find anything that tells me wich one it is Please help

Your8th digit is a Y which denotes the 5.2/318 motor. Should be a 44RE tranny sitting behind it IIRC.
